A motivated person with a sense of adventure, Richard entered the Mechanical Engineering field with no prior training or education in the field of plumbing design. Even after joining HP Engineering as the lead plumbing systems designer, he has continued to learn and expand his knowledge of plumbing systems. Richard has developed exceptional people skills with his weekend bartender job at a local establishment and he uses those communication skills to keep clients informed, involved and confident in his plumbing system designs.
Richard lives with his two Siberian Huskies, Titan & Kira in Fayetteville, AR.
