An organized, humorous and hard working individual, Silva decided to pursue Mechanical Design because of it’s challenges and the constant learning required. She is always looking for opportunities to further her knowledge in the field and knew that HP Engineering would be an exceptional place to grow and develop as a designer. As someone who loves to laugh, learn and work in a positive environment, she knew that HP would be the ideal place to be. With the collaboration of the team, Silva’s designs work for all involved in the project, without sacrificing quality, comfort or efficiency.
Silva lives with her son, Ayden, and husband, Chris, in West Fork, AR.
