HP Engineering is providing MEP services for Modus Studio on this project.  We always feel honored to work on school projects, as it’s a tremendous opportunity to give back to the community by investing in the education of our most valuable resource: our children.  We wanted to provide  an energy efficient system that met the budget of the school. Some of the solutions we provided were: on – demand ventilation control utilizing CO2 sensors, a 19SEER split system,  low flow faucets and water closets, energy efficient fluorescent light fixtures and occupancy sensor controls for lighting and HVAC.  In addition to being energy efficient,  these systems had to also compliment the design and architecture of the school, while providing them with a low maintenance solution.
