HP Engineering is a full service mechanical, electrical and plumbing design firm.  We are licensed in over 40 states and our project experience covers a wide range of size and complexity.  We are well versed in both AutoCad and REVIT drawing platforms.

COMMISSIONING

HP Engineering offers comprehensive commissioning services to our clients. We offer these services for new projects, existing buildings through retro commissioning and fundamental and enhanced commissioning for LEED projects. 

LIGHTING DESIGN
HP Engineering Inc. is one of the few full service MEP consulting firms that offers in house lighting design.  We approach each project from a unique perspective in order to compliment the architecture of the space while providing a very efficient lighting system.  We provide photometric analysis, lighting calculations, renderings and mockups.

AUDIO VISUAL DESIGN

Audio Visual systems have continued to become more of an intrical part of projects and HP Engineering has responded.  We provide performance based specifications, complete AV drawings and commisioning of the AV System.  We have found that this helps in coordination of all trades involved while reducing change orders and call backs.  We truly act as the owner’s representative in this process.

ENERGY ANALYSIS

We understand the importance of providing energy efficient systems on all projects regardless if the owner is seeking certification.  We perform energy modeling for LEED and non-LEED projects, energy reviews and energy audits for existing buildings.

DAYLIGHT MODELING

HP Engineering is aware of the recent trend toward incorporating more windows into the design of buildings.  This trend has lead to the need to incorporate daylighting into systems design.  While we take into consideration the influence of natural light in all our designs, we can also provide a comprehensive study that will reveal accurate measurements and the effect of natural lighting in any space.

HP Engineering is in a unique position with our current staff to provide various consulting services.  We are capable of providing complete LEED consulting as needed, sustainable lighting, LEED / sustainable marketing and various other consulting services.
