We love watching new engineers grow in our field. Each year we bring on students to help us while they learn on the job. They receive on-the-job training and real-life engineering experience with support and guidance along the way.
About HP
HP Engineering is a mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural engineering firm. We were founded in 2007 in Rogers, Arkansas with two employees. Fifteen years later, HP Engineering is one of the largest engineering firms in the Northwest Arkansas region. We have opened offices in multiple locations and employ over 90 dedicated team members who have worked on more than 4,000 projects. Our people are our advantage!

Mechanical & Plumbing
Our Mechanical team covers all HVAC needs, ranging from drawing ductwork to installing new ventilation.
Our plumbing designers work with everything water: sinks & showers, grease and acid waste systems, and water conservation efforts.
Electrical
Our Electrical team keeps the lights on! From powering buildings to ensuring appliances work, servers are running optimally and lighting enhances the design. We ensure all elements work together to create comfortably, safe environments.
Structural
The integrity of home and building designs is the foundation for our Structural team. Our designers and engineers deliver a cost-effective, coordinated, and constructible design focused on performance and code compliance.
Administrative
Our staff behind the scenes makes us shine! Finance, business development, marketing and human resources make our operations work so our designers and engineers can focus on their deliverables.
