We have some exciting news to share. Starting today, HP Engineering, Inc. will officially join IMEG. This partnership is a meaningful step forward in our journey, positioning us to serve you even better with expanded resources, enhanced expertise, and a deeper bench of support — all while maintaining the same personalized service and trusted relationships you rely on.


While our name and branding will gradually transition over the next few years, we remain the same dedicated team committed to delivering quality work and clear communication. Day-to-day, you’ll continue working with the same professionals who know your projects, understand your needs, and care deeply about your success.


We know you may have questions about what this change means, so we’ve prepared a list of FAQs to provide clarity and assurance about what’s staying the same — and what’s getting even better.

    Our commitment to quality and service remains as strong as ever. In fact, with expanded resources, tools, and expertise, we’re better positioned to support your projects moving forward.

    Our name and branding will transition gradually. We’ll begin operating as HP Engineering, now IMEG, to reflect our new partnership. While our visual identity will evolve, our values, people, and commitment to your success remain unchanged — and you’ll benefit from broader support from day one.


  2. Will pricing or billing change? No changes are expected to our pricing or billing procedures at this time. If any updates occur in the future, we’ll be transparent and communicate them well in advance.


  1. Are you still a local firm? Yes, our roots and relationships in the communities we serve remain a top priority. We’ll continue delivering the same locally grounded service, now with even more resources behind us.


  1. What are the benefits for me as a client? You’ll gain access to a deeper bench of specialized expertise, expanded geographic reach, and enhanced project capabilities — all while working with the same responsive HP Engineering team.


  1. Why did you decide to merge? This strategic move supports our long-term growth and succession planning, while enhancing our ability to serve clients with broader resources and new opportunities for collaboration and innovation.


  1. Who is the new parent company? IMEG is a nationally respected engineering firm known for its technical excellence, strong culture, and client-first approach. They share our values and bring additional depth to our team.


  1. How will this impact my current or upcoming projects? There will be no disruptions to ongoing or upcoming work. If anything, the added support will help us deliver projects more efficiently and with even greater value.


  1. Who can I contact with questions? Please don’t hesitate to reach out to your usual HP Engineering contacts. We’re here to help.


  1. Will HP Engineering still handle projects in my market sector (e.g., healthcare, education, etc.)? Absolutely. Our areas of specialization remain the same and we’re now even better equipped to support your sector with additional expertise and resources.


  1. Will there be changes to your licenses, insurance, or certifications? No changes are expected. We are maintaining full compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and insurance requirements throughout this transition.


  1. How will this affect project timelines or deliverables? You can expect the same project timelines and deliverables. With more support behind the scenes, we’re well-positioned to stay on track or even get ahead.


  1. Will your office location or phone numbers change? No, our locations and contact information remain the same. Should anything change in the future, we’ll communicate clearly and in advance.


  1. How will communication and project management change (if at all)? Our communication tools and project workflows will remain consistent. You’ll continue receiving timely updates and clear coordination from our team.


  1. Are your company values or culture changing? Not at all. We partnered with IMEG because of their alignment with our values and culture. Our collaborative, client-centered approach will continue to be the heart of what we do.


  1. What does this mean for long-term partnerships or contracts? All existing contracts and commitments will be honored in full. This merger only strengthens our ability to support your goals well into the future.


  1. Will HP Engineering still be considered a Native American or minority-owned business? In joining IMEG, HP Engineering will no longer qualify as a minority- or Native American-owned business. While this status will change, our dedication to serving First American communities remains unwavering. We’re proud of our long-standing track record providing MEP and structural services in these spaces, and we remain a strong and experienced partner committed to supporting tribal projects with excellence and respect.
