Shane Wells to Lead HP Engineering’s Operations in Phoenix, Arizona

We proudly announce that Shane Wells, PE, has been selected to lead their new Phoenix, Arizona office. Shane will be responsible for leading their growing Phoenix team, developing client relationships, and overall project success in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Shane has a wealth of engineering knowledge and has worked on projects in various business sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial and corporate, hospitality, and multi-family. Shane has held various roles at HP Engineering, including Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, and Mechanical Engineering Manager. Most recently, he has served as the Regional Engineering Director at HP’s office in Rogers, Arkansas.

For over seven years, I have watched Shane grow from engineer to leader. Shane has dedicated his career to improving his designs and HP Engineering in Rogers and beyond. I am so proud of the leader Shane has become and am constantly amazed at the wisdom he displays when coaching staff and providing quality control of projects. Shane graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a certified professional engineer licensed in five states and will serve as the Engineer of Record for new projects in the Arizona market.
