Erin is passionate about empowering people, cultivating authentic culture, and breaking down boundaries to help shape and develop our communities.
At HP Engineering, Erin coordinates our internship program and recruits the best possible MEP and structural students for the evolving landscape of architectural engineering.
She is an active member of the Kansas State University Architectural Engineering Institute, the National Association of Women in Construction, and the Urban Land Institute. She is also an Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Sustaining Member.
