Uptown Apartments

This mixed-use project in Fayetteville carved out a decidedly new living model by crafting a series of concise urban spaces that created a “pop-up” neighborhood within the 15-acre site.

Fayetteville Montessori

With an aggressive 5-month construction schedule, limited budget & ample site restrictions, this 7,900 SF design also had to negotiate strict environmental criteria while accommodating an urgent needs.
