The 21c Museum Hotel Bentonville is a 4-star, 104-room, 100,000 SF boutique hotel, contemporary art museum, cultural civic center & home to The Hive restaurant.

This mixed-use project in Fayetteville carved out a decidedly new living model by crafting a series of concise urban spaces that created a “pop-up” neighborhood within the 15-acre site.

With an aggressive 5-month construction schedule, limited budget & ample site restrictions, this 7,900 SF design also had to negotiate strict environmental criteria while accommodating an urgent needs.

This new 120,000 SF comprehensive healthcare campus includes emergency room, lab, radiology, inpatient, surgery facilities & outpatient specialty clinics.
